Meet The Team
Carl Purvin
Managing Director
Carl has a demonstrated history of working in the computer networking industry, skilled in LAN-WAN, Cabling, Business Development, Network design, Security (Access Control, CCTV and intruder detection) and Sales Management. Carl also is an 18th edition qualified electrical engineer.
When not working, Carl can be found on the golf course and enjoys holidays away with the family.
Jamie Ryder
Director
Jamie brings a wealth of experience, specialising in delivering high-performance data cabling, fibre optics, WiFi, and AV solutions to multi-site organisations across the UK and Europe.
Outside of work Jamie can be found watching his children play football, watching Aston Villa and playing golf.
Fran Burke
Director of New Business
Fran serves as Director of New Business, specialising in business development, client acquisition and strategic partnerships. Known for a proactive, results oriented and people first approach along with extensive experience in identifying growth opportunities and expanding market presence, Fran is instrumental in increasing revenue and strengthening the company’s competitive position.
Outside of work Fran enjoys staying active, spending quality time with friends and can often be found on the side lines cheering on her children at rugby, whatever the weather.
Stephen Millard
Director of Building Services
Stephen was onboarded to the business to add an additional branch of professional services, in order, to provide full turn-key solutions. Stephen, with over 30 years of experience and knowledge within the building trade/sector, provides construction project, budget, and sales management from concept to completion.
When not working, Stephen enjoys his sport and is an avid fan of International Rugby Union, Formula 1, and Liverpool FC.
Andrew Kenyon
Account Manager
Andy is an experienced Account and Business Development Manager with four decades of expertise in network installation, infrastructure solutions and client relationship management. His ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, technical insight and exceptional customer service has made him a hugely valuable member of the team. Skilled in leading installation teams, overseeing complex networking projects and developing long-term client accounts in financial, automotive, health, commercial and industrial environments.
Alex Peers
Electrical Services Manager
With a deep understanding of both the technical and operational sides of the business, Alex oversees all electrical projects from design through to completion, ensuring safety, efficiency and quality across every job. Alex also plays a key role in client relations, working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored, high-quality solutions. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening Telecentric’s full turn-key service offering.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children — often coaching his son’s football team, running between matches and dance classes, and following Birmingham City through the highs and lows.
Lawrence Davis
Support Manager
With extensive experience in the industry, Lawrence plays a key role in supporting engineering teams while acting as the vital link between sales and operations. His focus is on ensuring seamless communication and coordination, helping to deliver smooth and efficient project installations from start to finish.
Outside of work, Lawrence enjoys spending quality time with his grandchildren and following Aston Villa through every high and low, although thankfully more highs in recent times.
